Photo Tours Australia Refund & Cancelation Policy
Due to secured bookings with our accommodation partners, Photo Tours Australia are unable to refund deposits if cancellation occurs 28 days or less prior to tour departure.
Balance of payment refunded if cancelation is received in writing to Photo Tours Australia within 7 days prior to departure.
Cancelations made more than 28 days prior to departure will incur a 50% cancelation fee.
If full payment is received at time of booking, a full refund will be forwarded to you less an amount not exceeding 50% of the standard required deposit for the specific tour that you have paid for.
If tour is cancelled by Photo Tours Australia, all monies received will be FULLY refunded
We recommend that you take out a cancelation policy with your travel insurance.
